The main body and release ring are made of brass for superior flame retardancy and sputtering resistance.

[Features]
· Available sealing rubber materials include HNBR, FKM, and NBR.
· Ideal for environments exposed to sparks.
· Release ring made of brass offers excellent flame retardancy and sputter resistance. The cover type prevents sputtering inside fitting and dust intrusion.
· An optional sputter cover prevents fine sparks from entering.
· By using a release ring cover (CS – sold separately), sparks that penetrate through the gap between the release ring and the tube cannot get close.

How To Attach And Detach Tube

Attaching the tube
The Tube Fitting Brass (one-touch fitting) allows the tube to be secured with a lock claw by simply inserting the tube all the way to the end, while an elastic sleeve seals the outside of the tube.
When attaching the tube, refer to the product notes in "6. Instructions for Tube Insertion."

Detaching the tube
To detach the tube, push the release ring to open the lock claw and pull out the tube.
Be sure to turn off the air before detaching the tube.

Caution
1. Tighten the bulkhead nut of the Bulkhead Union (PM), Bulkhead Union P (PMP) and Bulkhead Union Elbow (PML) range within the specified tightening torque.

2. When tightening the bulkhead nut, there is a risk of deforming the tightened body. In addition, if oil adheres to the surface, the secured bulkhead part may loosen.

3. Pneumatic pipe fittings are intended to be used with the tube attached. Therefore, if air is applied with no tube attached, for example for flushing, the elastic sleeve may come off the product.
