The main body and release ring are made of brass for superior flame retardance and sputtering resistance.

[Features]
· Available sealing rubber materials include HNBR, FKM, and NBR.
· Ideal for environments where exposure to sparks may occur.
· Release ring made of brass offers excellent flame retardance and sputter resistance.
Cover type prevents sputtering inside the fitting and dust intrusion.
· An optional spatter cover shuts out fine sparks.
· By placing a release ring cover (CS), sold separately, sparks that penetrate through the gap between the release ring and the tube can not get close

Maximum operating pressure: 1.0 MPa
Operating vacuum pressure: -100 kPa
Operating temperature range: HNBR specification: 0 to 100°C, FKM specification: 0 to 120°C (no freezing)

*When the fluid used is water or heat transfer oil, the following conditions must be observed.

1. When using water or heat transfer oil, make sure the surge pressure stays below the maximum operating pressure.
2. When using water or heat transfer oil, be sure to use an insert ring (see p. 858 of catalog).
