Quick connect fitting whose lock claw evenly grips the circumference of the tube.
[Features]
· Quick-connect fitting for general pneumatic piping.
· After installation, you can change the take-off angle of the resin main body. (applicable to some products)
· A wide lineup of products.
· Allows centralized piping.
· Collet features good action to prevent sore fingertips even with frequent attachment and detachment. You can distinctly feel the pushing action in your fingers.
· The seal part uses an elastic sleeve with a unique shape that shuts out air leaks.
· The electroless nickel provides high corrosion resistance, and the black resin body makes dirt hard to see.
[Applications]
· The standard specifications enable the use of water and are ideal for temperature control of molds and dies.

The triple types (PKD, PKG, PKJ) and twin triple types (PKVD, PKVG) enable compact, centralized piping.

We offer a clean washing specification suitable for various particle- and oil-averse production processes. (Optional setting for clean room packaging specification) The product is vacuum sealed after ultrasonic vacuum cleaning with HFE (hydrofluoroether) in a clean room.

Industry-leading range of variations
A wide assortment of different-diameter sizes is available. One fitting can be used where traditionally two fittings were required.
By reducing the number of fittings used, you can reduce costs and space.
We offer a clean room packaging specification, which is suited to piping in a clean environment. (option)
The product uses fluorochemical grease and is cleaned with clean air before being packaged in a clean room(equivalent to ISO Class 6).

The seal part uses a unique elastic sleeve that shuts out air leaks.

When release ring has been pushed
Push the release ring to collapse and hide the lock claw.

Normal state
The lock claw evenly grips the circumference of the tube. Removal and refitting feels almost the same as the first insertion.
When you release your finger from the release ring, the fine ridges of the lock claw come into view.
