Ideal for gas pressure regulation in liquid crystal and semiconductor processes. Note: CAD data of this series is being revised. Please wait till the corrections are done.

· Usable for high precision control of liquids used in liquid crystal and semiconductor related processes, carrier gas regulation in clean circuits, blow pressure regulation, and clean air and gas pressure regulation (sensitivity of 0.001MPa).
