Straight Polyurethane Tube for General Piping Dedicated for Air (Part Numbers)
Urethane tubes with excellent mechanical strength and oil resistance.
[Features]
·It has excellent flexibility and is ideal for compact piping that requires a small bending radius.
·There are 2 tube colors, black and clear blue.
·Cut marks are displayed at intervals of approx. 500 mm, which is useful when cutting the tube.
[Application]
·Equipment for assembly equipment, equipment for semiconductor manufacturing processes. For filling machine related, etc.
·Servers that generate hydrogen water, automatic packaging machines for pharmaceutical products, etc.

Specifications Of Air Exclusive Polyurethane Tube
Usable fluids: air
Maximum operating pressure (at 20°C 65% RH): 0.8 MPa*
Operating vacuum pressure: -100 kPa
Operating temperature range: -15 to +60°C (no freezing)
Tube color: 2 colors
*The maximum operating pressure is the value at 20°C 65% RH. When using the product at other temperatures, maintain a sufficient margin of safety from the burst pressure curve. Note that if the tube is in an area that is subject to shaking, bending, or other movement, intermolecular heat generation may raise the temperature of the tube and cause it to break.
