Variable slit
[Features]
· A double door type variable slit.
· The slit width is adjusted using the micrometer head.
· The slit width and the position of the center are constant.
· V-groove rails and cross rollers are used for the double door slit section guide, decreasing the tilt of the slits during operation.
· Use a Hartmann plate to adjust the slit height.
