High-Resolution Z-Axis Cross Roller Guide Stage (Part Numbers)

A stage that combines a high-resolution X-axis with Z-axis control. The two micrometers allow coarse and fine operation.

[Features]
• Two micrometers provide coarse and fine translation
• Coarse travel is ±6.5 mm for the B30-60, and ±12.5 mm for the B30-80.
• Fine-control micrometer allows ±0.3 mm adjustment from the coarse translation position
• Combines high-resolution X-axis with Z-/XYZ-axis control
• Two micrometers provide coarse and fine translation
• The □60 mm model features opposite-handed operation, facilitating easy locating for left and right hand operation.
