Spring High Mount
A compact hi-mount for presses. Achieves high-level vibration resistance with superior cost-effectiveness due to simple installation.
[Features]
·Spring Hi-Mount developed as an anti-vibration device for presses.
· Since the structure is such that disc springs are specially arranged in a manner that makes use of their unique properties, they are excellent for proofing against impact vibrations despite the compact design.
·Direct mounting of machine is possible and does not require special foundation work, enabling the cost of anti-vibration to be drastically reduced.
[Applications]
·Metal work machines / mechanical presses (compact and medium-size), shearing, benders and other equipment.
·Machine tools and milling machines, shaping machines, brooch machines, slotters, other.
·Industrial machine and injection molding machines, rolling and crushing machines, printing machines, food processing machines, wire rod processing machines, other.

Mounting method
- 1. Place the Spring Hi-Mount under the bolt holes of the target machine of anti-vibration.
- 2. Insert the bolt into the screw hole of the Spring Hi-Mount from the upper side and screw it until it hits the bearing block.
- 3. The level can be adjusted by screwing in the leveling bolt to increase the height of the Spring Hi-Mount.
- 4. Then tighten the nut completely.
- * Installing a Spring Hi-Mount on a resin based floor etc., may cause color change of the floor. Customers who have to avoid such discoloration need stop using it.
