Engineering Plastic Rail, Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Variant Rail (EPV3T30)
Ziegler is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW) with an average molecular weight of 3 million (optical dispersion method) units or more made of olefinic plastic by the low pressure method.
[Features]
・ By increasing the molecular weight, mechanical properties such as abrasion resistance, impact resistance, chemical resistance, and self-lubricating property are significantly improved compared to general polyethylene. Taking advantage of these characteristics, it is used in the food industry, filling machines, conveyor line rails, guide rails, etc., and has many upsides such as container damage, noise reduction, abrasion resistance, and line weight reduction. The lifespan of the engineering plastic rail itself is several times longer than that of other metals and other plastics.
