· Disc members are made of 304 stainless steels.

· Bores can be configured with clamp, taper-lock, or keyed styles.
· Maximum Rotational Speed Range: 4001 ~ 10000 (r/min).
· Maximum allowable torque: 250 Nm.
· Bore size range: 3 mm to 45mm.
· Backlash: Zero.
· Operating Temperature Range: -30 to 100 °C
· Couplings are precisely assembled using high strength, corrosion resistant fasteners.

(i)Caution

  • Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.

Answer: The SFC model uses a clamp method for shaft fastening, requiring only the tightening of one bolt on each side for installation. The clamp hub is resistant to vibration and shock, ensuring a secure connection with friction-based power transmission, eliminating backlash. Both sides of the coupling are aligned with a dedicated jig to ensure concentricity.

Answer: Yes, the SFC model offers a simplified clean solution with clean washing and assembly (ISO Class 6) and clean packaging. To enhance anti-corrosion effects, surface treatment changes and bolt upgrades to stainless steel or electroless nickel plating are implemented.
