Universal Holder for Electrode, XY Center Adjustment Function Model (Collet Chuck Model)

● This system supports centering in the XY direction in addition to adjustment in the vertical and rotation directions, thus handling centering while correcting rotational deflection.
● A high precision holder having a holder installation/removal repeatability of 2 μm.
● Adjustment is easier for all series thanks to finer adjusting increments. (In-house comparison, 25% increase)
● Selection of chucking System
