● It has a TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, yielding a longer operational life and is ideal for high speed cutting.
● Weak torsion and high core thickness enhance the rigidity of the tool.
● Adopting a straight cutting edge achieves outstanding strength.
● Chipping is prevented with corner radius coating, and cracks in the base of blind holes in the workpiece can also be avoided.
● Ideal for machining HRC 40 – 60 high-hardness steel.
