More Information
● It has a different blade shape than other Misumi aluminum end mills with consideration for plunge machining along the Z axis. The 3-flute shape, high-rigidity peripheral blade and grooved structure for good chip discharge makes it ideal for a wide range of heavy cutting work and continuous machining, including plunging and routing.
● It adopts a sharp cutting edge that prevents the built-up edge that is unique to aluminum.
● The unique tip pocket shape allows for the cutting of grooves to be achieved with 2 flutes in parallel at the cutting depth.
