More Information
● The surface has a diamond coating with hardness comparable to that of natural diamonds, yielding great durability, finishing precision and surface roughness when machining aluminum.
● It adopts a sharp cutting edge that prevents the built-up edge that is unique to aluminum.
● The unique tip pocket shape allows for the cutting of grooves to be achieved with 2 flutes in parallel at the cutting depth. (DAC-ALHEM3R Characteristics)
● It adopts a 3-flute shape to be strong against chatter and is capable of high-speed, high-efficiency machining. (DAC-ALHEM3R Characteristics)
