● It has a TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, resulting in a longer operational life and is ideal for high speed machining / dry machining.
● The corners of the blade tip are slightly rounded to prevent chipping when cutting high hardness steel.
● The tool has high rigidity, reducing the chances of tool breakage to a minimum level when cutting side surfaces.
● Capable of machining high hardness steel up to 65 HRC.
