Product Features
Feature 1: The core material uses drawn profiles, achieving a lightweight design while better controlling the cost.
Feature 2: Compared to metal rollers, polyurethane rollers are less likely to transmit vibration and noise.
Feature 3: Polyurethane has low dust generation.
Feature 4: The hardness can be easily identified by the color of the polyurethane (green: A90; black: A70), and it does not experience the yellowing phenomenon that occurs with natural-colored polyurethane.
Feature 5: The polyurethane is sintered onto the core material surface, which provides higher polyurethane adhesion compared to press-fit or adhesive products, making it more suitable for applications with larger axial loads.
Precautions
(1) Since this is a core material product and is an extruded profile, the d1 inner diameter may be uneven.
(2) The shaft ends and inner diameter sections are not surface treated.
(3) Polyurethane dimensional changes
The size of the polyurethane may change with the surrounding temperature, but the variation is minimal, and it will return to its original size after being left at room temperature for several hours.

Mechanism Name: Gasket Bubble Removal Fixture

Mechanism Function:
The laminated gasket is clamped with a rubber roller to remove air bubbles.

Function of polyurethane tubing:

Question: Are there significant differences in hardness and wear resistance between the economy polyurethane rollers and existing MISUMI products?
Answer: For the economical polyurethane roller, the polyurethane lining does not use a hardener to adjust hardness; instead, raw materials of the corresponding hardness are purchased directly. Laboratory tests under the same conditions have shown that the hardness is stable with minimal deviation, and the wear resistance is almost at the same level as the economical product.
Question: There is a large color variation in natural-colored polyurethane. Is it possible to make the color uniform?
Answer: For the economical polyurethane roller, the hardness can be directly identified by the color of the polyurethane (green: A90; black: A70), and it will not experience the yellowing phenomenon that occurs with natural color polyurethane.
Question: Can polyurethane be wiped with alcohol?
Answer: Yes, but only a small amount of alcohol should be used for wiping.
Polyurethane is a material that is not resistant to chemicals and is easily corroded. You can apply a small amount of alcohol and wipe it dry as soon as possible or let it air dry. Other highly corrosive chemicals should not be applied, even in small amounts.
Question: Does the friction of polyurethane increase as its hardness increases?
Answer: No, polyurethane is an elastomer. In fact, the lower the hardness, the higher the friction.
