Product Overview
Polyurethane is sintered onto the outer circumference of the core material to form a high-adhesion coated layer, creating a bearing-type roller suitable for transporting and sliding various workpieces.

Feature 1: The polyurethane layer is directly sintered onto the outer circumference of the core material, making it difficult to peel off.
Feature 2: Compared to metal rollers, polyurethane rollers are less likely to transmit vibration and noise.
Feature 3: Polyurethane has low dust generation.
Feature 4: The hardness can be easily identified by the color of the polyurethane (green: A90; black: A70), and it does not experience the yellowing phenomenon that occurs with natural-colored polyurethane.

- Question: Are there significant differences in hardness and wear resistance between the economy polyurethane rollers and existing MISUMI products?
- Answer: For the economical polyurethane roller, the polyurethane lining does not use a hardener to adjust hardness; instead, raw materials of the corresponding hardness are purchased directly. Laboratory tests under the same conditions have shown that the hardness is stable with minimal deviation, and the wear resistance is almost at the same level as the economical product.
- Question: There is a large color variation in natural-colored polyurethane. Is it possible to make the color uniform?
- Answer: The economical polyurethane roller can be easily identified by the color of the polyurethane (green: A90; black: A70) to distinguish hardness, and it does not experience the yellowing phenomenon seen in natural color polyurethane.
- Question: Can polyurethane be wiped with alcohol?

Yes, but only a small amount of alcohol should be used for wiping.
Polyurethane is a material that is not resistant to chemicals and is easily corroded. You can apply a small amount of alcohol and wipe it dry as soon as possible or let it air dry. Other highly corrosive chemicals should not be applied, even in small amounts. - Question: As the hardness of polyurethane increases, does the friction also increase?
