Product Overview
This simple adjustment unit is a manually positioned fine-tuning stage that uses a left-right threaded reversing mechanism. With a single knob, two sliders can move symmetrically to open and close at the same time.
The travel distance per full rotation of the knob is either 2.5 mm or 3.5 mm, making it ideal for devices that require frequent adjustments, such as width adjustment of guide mechanisms or center positioning jigs.
The main body is made of aluminum alloy, achieving a lightweight design.
Due to localized production in China and improved manufacturing processes, the price has been significantly reduced. This stage offers a balance between performance and price.

Application:
Polyurethane rollers for guiding the wire on the spooling machine are fixed separately on the two slide table surfaces of a simple assembly.
