Product Overview
This simple adjustment unit uses a key (convex) as the guiding mechanism and adopts a leadscrew feed mechanism.
Reliable fastening can be achieved with double-row bolt fixation. Ideal for adjustments that should not loosen easily after fastening.
The main body is made of aluminum alloy, achieving a lightweight design.
Due to localized production in China and improved manufacturing processes, the price has been significantly reduced. This stage offers a balance between performance and price.

Question: Why does the stage still wobble after tightening the locking wrench (anti-rotation fixture)?
Answer: The locking wrench only prevents the handwheel from turning and cannot completely secure the worktable. Backlash is inherent in the transmission between trapezoidal lead screws and nuts; this is a characteristic of the mechanism. If you need to completely secure the stage, we recommend using MISUMI Modular Components, which allow you to add a stage fixing plate.
