Application:
This device is used for welding L-shaped brackets of automotive parts. The distance between the welding head and the workpiece can be adjusted by raising or lowering the dovetail slide table, thereby compensating for welding deviations caused by insufficient accuracy of the lift cylinder. In addition, since the adjustment is made using the slide table instead of a fixed base, the welding tube does not shift, ensuring repeatability.

- Question: Why does the stage still wobble after tightening the locking wrench (anti-rotation fixture)?
- Answer: The locking wrench only prevents the handwheel from turning and cannot completely secure the worktable. Backlash is inherent in the transmission between trapezoidal lead screws and nuts; this is a characteristic of the mechanism. If you need to completely secure the stage, we recommend using MISUMI Modular Components, which allow you to add a stage fixing plate.
- Question: Where can I find the specific model numbers of the trapezoidal lead screws, linear guides, and other parts used in the manual components?
- Answer: MISUMI manual components are sold as complete units, and specific models for lead screws and guide rails cannot be provided.
