This series of simple adjustment components is a medium-load-resistant unit for vertical Z-axis movement. By using double-row nylon-coated nuts, it suppresses backlash, making it especially suitable for initial setup adjustments of devices such as cameras.
The main body is made of aluminum alloy, achieving a lightweight design.

- Question: Why does the stage still wobble after tightening the locking wrench (anti-rotation fixture)?
- Answer: The locking wrench only prevents the handwheel from turning and cannot completely secure the worktable. Backlash is inherent in the transmission between trapezoidal lead screws and nuts; this is a characteristic of the mechanism. If you need to completely secure the stage, we recommend using MISUMI Modular Components, which allow you to add a stage fixing plate.
- Question: Where can I find the specific model numbers of the trapezoidal lead screws, linear guides, and other parts used in the manual components?
- Answer: MISUMI manual components are sold as complete units, and specific models for lead screws and guide rails cannot be provided. - Question: What does allowable load mean?
- Answer: The load that can be moved smoothly under loaded conditions. For horizontal use, place the load in the center of the worktable; for vertical use, place the load above the lifting worktable.
