Product Overview
This simple adjustment unit combines a trapezoidal screw with a linear guide, making it ideal for manual, simple position adjustments, positioning, and conveying applications.
The manual adjustment unit with a position indicator provides simple vertical positioning, allowing stable up-and-down movement even for workpieces weighing up to 30 kg. With the position indicator, repeatable accuracy in vertical position adjustments can also be ensured.
The main body is made of aluminum alloy, achieving a lightweight design.
Due to localized production in China and improved manufacturing processes, the price has been significantly reduced. This stage offers a balance between performance and price.

Usage Method
■ Installation method for lift-type manual components
 Place the entire bottom surface of the side plate of this product on a horizontal surface.
 When using the rear support bracket (as shown in Figure A below), to ensure sufficient strength for the workpiece load and torque, please make sure it is securely fixed to the horizontal surface.
 When not using the rear support bracket (as shown in Figure B below), you can use the countersunk holes of the profile or a mounting bracket for fixation. To ensure sufficient strength for the workpiece load and torque,
 please make sure it is securely fixed to the vertical surface.

Precautions
■ About effective stroke
  (1) There are many screw holes reserved in the manual component. If the customer adds tightening handles or mounting plates for fixing, the stroke may become shorter.
  (2) If a worktable is added, the stroke will change depending on the mounting position of the worktable.

■ Maintenance
  (1) Lithium soap-based grease is injected into the linear guide block, and it is usually necessary to add grease about once every three months.
  (2) The trapezoidal screw also needs to be regularly lubricated with grease.

■ Other
  (1) This product cannot be used in environments with strong vibration or impact.
  (2) In cases where the customer makes modifications or replaces parts themselves, such situations are not covered by the quality guarantee.
  (3) When carrying this component by hand, please do not hold or rotate the handwheel section. Also, do not forcibly rotate the handwheel section while the locking handle is engaged.
