Economy series conveyor, with a rational structural design and localized production. A variety of models are available to meet customers' design needs for different usage scenarios, providing better options.
E-SVKN/E-SVKR: This series uses a frame structure with integrated molding, featuring a simple design and easy assembly, resulting in low cost and short delivery time.

When L > 2000, one belt support roller is included (depending on the motor position, it may be on the left or right).
The dimensions in the figure are for belt specification H9 (thickness 0.9 mm). Please note that the belt thickness varies depending on the belt specifications.

When L ≤ 700, there is no countersunk hole at position F, and 4 nuts are pre-installed on one side inside the aluminum profile slot;
When L>700, a countersunk hole for nut insertion is reserved by default at position F, no additional machining is required.
Aluminum alloy profile groove Z section: The nut cannot be moved within this area.
When selecting a speed control motor, the speed controller is not installed on the main unit, and no mounting bracket is included.
If you need a bracket for the speed controller, please use additional processing (SCB)
*Only the power affects the motor size. Please refer to the table below for dimension A. The external dimensions of the other components remain the same.

The belt thickness is the nominal thickness; the actual thickness is one-tenth of that, measured in millimeters.
Oil-resistant specification: Only the conveying surface is oil-resistant. If oil gets on the back of the belt, it may become unusable.
If you need automatic control with a stepper or servo motor, you can choose the model without a motor and gear head.
When selecting without a motor and gear head, the motor mounting hole pitch will vary depending on the motor output power.
When selecting without motor and gear head, the main unit will be delivered as parts. Please assemble by following the assembly instructions included in the same package.

Feature 1: The conveyor frame is made of integrated aerospace aluminum, making the structure sturdy and durable.
Feature 2: Easy and quick installation, with the advantages of ultra-fast delivery and economical pricing.
Feature 3: Five fixed width options available; wheel spacing can be specified in 5 mm increments.
 
Precautions
 
(1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid performance issues.
(2) Due to different conveyor operating environments, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cables, or switches.
(3) Due to issues with machine structure strength and body deformation, please do not exceed the allowable load and length/width when selecting a model.
(4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and three-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your requirements.
(5) Belt misalignment is a normal phenomenon and is not considered a quality issue. Adjusting for misalignment is part of routine maintenance.
(6) Lateral Deviation Tolerance: The distance between both sides of the roller and the belt is 5±3 mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays exactly in the center of the aluminum profile. For deviation adjustment methods, click here.
(7) If operated in the opposite direction to the standard running direction, abnormal conditions such as belt misalignment, belt damage, noise, or jamming may occur. Please avoid use. (The standard shipping direction is as shown below)

Frequently asked question (FAQ)

Question: Can the conveyor's operating direction be set to reverse?
Answer: Flat belt conveyors cannot run in reverse. If reverse operation is required, please request a custom order.
Question: Belt misalignment is a common issue with conveyor lines. How can I choose a model that is less likely to experience misalignment in advance?
Answer: Currently, conveyor belt misalignment prevention mainly relies on crowned rollers and guide strips. Crowned rollers are suitable for lengths up to 2000; guide strips are suitable for long distances over 2000.
Question: If the conveyor line needs to be disassembled and reassembled on site, but there are concerns about improper assembly, do you have any good suggestions?
Answer: If you anticipate that the standard model will need to be disassembled, you can place a special order for a non-disassemblable model.
Question: If a stepper motor or servo motor is needed, is it compatible?
Answer: You can choose a model without a motor or speed controller, and then purchase and assemble the motor yourself later.
