Product Features
Feature 1: The conveyor body is made of aluminum profiles, achieving an overall lightweight design.
Feature 2: Wide range of conveyor pulley pitch options, can be specified in 5 mm increments, with a maximum pitch length of up to 3M.
Feature 3: Uses a dedicated light-transmitting strip, with a parallel surface light source on the bottom of the belt. It is widely used in industries such as appearance, dimensional, and defect inspection, and also facilitates multi-line connections.

Precautions
(1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid performance issues.
(2) Due to different conveyor operating environments, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cables, or switches.
(3) Due to issues with machine structure strength and body deformation, please do not exceed the allowable load and length/width when selecting a model. For deviation adjustment methods, clickhere.
(4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and three-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your requirements.
(5) Belt misalignment is a normal phenomenon and is not considered a quality issue. Adjusting for misalignment is part of routine maintenance.
(6) Lateral Deviation Tolerance: The distance between both sides of the roller and the belt is 5±3 mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays exactly in the center of the aluminum profile.
(7) If operated in the opposite direction to the standard running direction, abnormal conditions such as belt misalignment, belt damage, noise, or jamming may occur. Please avoid use. (The standard shipping direction is as shown below)

- Answer: The current conveyor does not support reverse operation. If reverse operation is required, please contact customer service for customization.
- Question: Conveyor belt deviation is a product characteristic. How can the frequency of deviation be reduced?
- Answer: The main methods to prevent conveyor belt deviation are arc-shaped rollers and belts with guide strips. Curved rollers are suitable for lengths up to 2000 mm; belts with guide strips are suitable for long distances over 2000 mm.
- Question: If the existing standard models cannot meet your requirements and you need to modify the model but are concerned about debugging issues, do you have any good suggestions?

- Question: If I need a stepper motor or a servo motor, can you provide them?
