Driver: The pulse driver model used in this series is E-DR42C.
Bus driver brand and model: Leadshine DM3C-EC522.
Cable: The cable models used in this series are HRS12-2M (2-meter cable) / HRS12-4M (4-meter cable).
Servo motor mounting bracket type. Recommended motor brands: Yaskawa, Inovance, Mitsubishi, Leadshine, Moons, etc. Recommended power: 50W, 100W. Please carefully check the motor mounting dimensions.
Motors S1 and S2 are not suitable for model 40360. Motor S3 is only suitable for models E-RMPGH40360, E-RMPGH60360, E-RMPGH80360, and motor S4 is only suitable for models E-RMPGH100360E-RMPGH120360.

Feature 1: Equipped with a through hole, making it suitable for cable routing and rotating polarizing elements.
Feature 2: The body surface is treated with black anodizing, which effectively prevents light reflection, especially useful in optical applications.
Feature 3: Additional positioning holes on the slide table surface allow for quick assembly and disassembly.
Feature 4: 360-degree rotation, suitable for wide-angle positioning and rotary slide tables that require continuous 360-degree rotation.
 
Usage Method
 
The E-RMBGH series rotary axis slide table needs to be used together with MISUMI two-phase stepper motor drivers, cables, as well as a customer-supplied 24 V power supply and host controller (PLC or motion control card). An example of the connections between each product is shown in the figure below.

Precautions
 

■ Slide Table Operating Environment
Operating environment: 10 to 50°C, 20 to 70% RH (non-condensing)
Recommended environment: 22±5°C, 20 to 70% RH (non-condensing)
Please avoid using the slide table in the following environments
(1) Dusty environments (especially metal powder)
(2) Environments with direct sunlight or heat radiation
(3) Near fire sources
(4) Environments with corrosive or flammable gases
(5) Environments with splashing water or oil
(6) Environments with strong vibration or impact
(7) Environments with organic solvents or high salt content

■ Maintenance of the Slide Table
There is no unified regular maintenance standard due to differences in grease types and operating environments. Depending on the drive conditions and the type of guide rail, please be sure to check the grease at least once a month.

Frequently asked question (FAQ)

Question: Stepper loss occurs during electric slide table debugging
Answer: This phenomenon can be caused by multiple factors
1. Excessive load exceeding the maximum load of the slide table. Reduce the load or select a different model.
2. Excessive speed exceeding the maximum speed of the slide table. Lower the speed or select a different model.
3. Cantilever or moment load in operation. Try to position the load center at the center of the slide table surface.
Question: Is the slide table sensor PNP output or NPN output?
Answer: The standard sensor is NPN normally closed output type
Question: Slide Table Wiring Standard
Answer: Before performing electrical work on the slide table, be sure to read the wiring diagram to avoid abnormalities.
Question: Slide Table Stroke Setting
Answer: Before powering on the stage and adjusting the machine, be sure to check the procedure and confirm that the sensor limit touch stop function is enabled to avoid abnormal collisions due to overtravel.
Question: Can the packaging type be specially set?
Answer: You can evaluate the specified packaging type as needed
Question: Can it be used in dusty or dirty environments?
Answer: Try to avoid using in the following locations
1. Environments with a lot of dust or dirt, especially those with a high amount of metal dust
2. Environments near open flames, or with a lot of water or oil
3. Environments with corrosive or flammable gases
Question: Can it be used in high humidity environments (such as 70 to 90%)?
Answer: In high humidity environments, steel components and guide rail parts may rust, and grease lubrication retention is reduced. Use is not recommended.
Question: The electric slide table position adjustment is noisy and lacks precision.
Answer: If the flatness of the slide table mounting surface is poor, the locking surface may deform during assembly, affecting accuracy and causing noise during ball screw operation. It is recommended to keep flatness within 0.01 mm
Question: Grease Filling Method
Answer: 1. You can use high-precision alcohol to wipe off any visible used grease.
2. Apply to the rail and screw raceway by injection or coating.
3. After each grease injection, move the full stroke once; inject grease 3 to 5 times.
4. Wipe off any excess grease that overflows.
Question: Are there any recommended brands and models for guide rail grease?
Answer: It is recommended to use grease grade THK AFB-LF
