[Clean & Pack]Low Particulate Hinges (SL-HHPMGS6-CSU)

Volume Discount

Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

Features

■Excels in friction resistance and sliding characteristics compared with conventional hinges
as the sliding section resin is made from the special material (Oil Embedded Polyacetal).

■The aluminum part is electroless nickel plated instead of conventional anodizing, resulting in better conductivity for less dust collection.

* If the surface treatment is low-temperature black chrome plating, IPA cleaning will be applied.
