[Clean & Pack] Single Side Tab Bracket - 5 Series, 6mm Slot, 1 Slot (SHD-HBLFSNK5-C)

Volume Discount

Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

This type has tabs to fit extrusions and stop when tightening.
Since the tabs stop rotating the brackets when tightening, work efficiency is improved.
HBLFSNK5 and HBLFSNE5 differ in the position of the tabs.
HBLFSNK5 is suitable when the bracket is used parallel to the aluminum extrusion because the tabs are positioned slightly apart.
HBLFSNE5 is suitable when using brackets with aluminum extrusion vertically due to the tab positioned at the center.

Technical Information

■How to Specify Allowable Load of Bracket

This represents the allowable load per bracket for the extrusion assembly structured by bridging a beam extrusion between two vertical extrusions and then, attaching a bracket just below the bottom face of each end of the beam extrusion.
Allowable Load here means the load under which the bracket can stays at its position (without fracturing or sliding), after all of its mounting holes are fixed with screws.

* Stainless steel products may be used with alkaline hot pure water. There is no change in cleanliness.
* If the surface treatment is low-temperature black chrome plating, IPA cleaning will be applied.
