[Clean & Pack]Thin Brackets For 8-45 Series (Slot Width 10 mm)

Volume Discount

Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

Product Features

The brackets do not protrude from extrusion widths when used to cross connect extrusions. Suitable for use in limited space compared to the Reversal Tabbed Brackets.
In addition to thin brackets, each series of brackets includes brackets that prevent the bracket head from protruding from the extrusion during cross-connection.
For brackets without protrusions, those that can connect to a base plate are marked with an O, and those that cannot are marked with an X.

■ Perpendicularity

Perpendicularity of Extruded Brackets is manufactured within ±1° tolerance based on JIS Standard H4100 Special Grade.
For applications where perpendicularly is important, use Perpendicularly Machined Type.
(For 8 Series and 8-45 Series: Perpendicularity 0.03 and 0.06 are available.)

■How to Specify Allowable Load of Bracket

This represents the allowable load per bracket for the extrusion assembly structured by bridging a beam extrusion between two vertical extrusions and then, attaching a bracket just below the bottom face of each end of the beam extrusion.
Allowable Load here means the load under which the bracket can stays at its position (without fracturing or sliding), after all of its mounting holes are fixed with screws.
