Cleaning also removes rust prevention oil, which may make the product more susceptible to rusting than an uncleaned product.
Please be careful about the application location and storage environment.

Flat Bars
Standard materials such as flat bars are materials which the finish and shape are determined by JIS or material manufacturers.
Can be purchased by specifying some of the shapes and specifications.
Typical shapes of standard materials other than flat bars include block materials, angle materials, and round bar materials.

Shorter delivery times can be expected by using flat bars.
Flat bars are a steel material in the shape of a flat plate, as shown in Figure 1, and selectable from the specifications (thickness, width, finish, etc.) appropriate for the machining parts to be produced.
Generally, cost reduction and short lead time can be expected by designing parts according to flat bar standards, so they are often used when lower costs and delivery times are prioritized over precision when propducing machining parts.
The reason for the low cost and short delivery time is that the number of processing steps can be reduced compared to processing from a block material. Alterations and surface treatment are also available.

Cleaning Process
* Stainless steel products may be used with alkaline hot pure water. There is no change in cleanliness.
* If the surface treatment is low-temperature black chrome plating, IPA cleaning will be applied.
