Question: What is a cable protection chain?: Answer: It can prevent the cables and wires connected to the moving parts of the equipment from twisting, stretching and entanglement due to movement. It is suitable for supporting and guiding multiple cables connected to the linear motion part.
Question: What types of cable protection chains are there, and what are their features?: Answer: Open type, representative series: SE, SZ series. Features: Easily store cables and hoses from the outer or inner side, suitable for clean rooms, no need to assemble chain links.
Openable/closable type, representative series: MHPUS series. The cover can be opened and closed on both left and right sides.
Fully enclosed type, representative series: FHPS series. Fully enclosed to protect cables and hoses from dust.
Low-wear, low-noise type, representative series: MPSPS series. Reduces wear on cables and hoses and lowers noise levels.
Question: What is free extension length?: Answer: The free extension length refers to the distance from the moving end of the cable carrier to the starting point of the bend radius arc.
Question: Can the cable protection chain be disassembled and adjusted by yourself?: Answer: Can be disassembled and adjusted by yourself. If it is a brand new design, there may not be enough cable carrier links. It is recommended to select 1 or 2 extra links as spares. The length can be adjusted by disassembling and assembling during installation.
