Product Features

Feature 1: Wide selection of inner and outer diameters and thicknesses; T dimension specified type thickness can be specified in 0.5 mm increments.
Feature 2: High-precision products manufactured by cutting processes enable precise spatial adjustments.
Feature 3: Compared with standard washers, metal washers will not be dented after the connected part is screwed in due to the locking, and cause the bolts to loosen.
Feature 4: Compared with standard stamped washers, metal washers increase the friction with the mounting part, which can prevent loosening.

②When the relative humidity of the operating environment is high and certain anti-rust ability is required, please choose products with electroless nickel plating surface treatment or stainless steel SUS3 series materials.
(3) When the operating environment requires certain abrasion resistance and hardness for metal washers, please give priority to quenched products.
