Product Overview

It is generally used as a component that is cushioned at the workpiece connector and plays a role of precise adjustment of the clearance on the cushioned part.

Product Features

Feature 1: Wide range of options for inner and outer diameters and thickness; thickness can be specified in 0.1 mm increments.
Feature 2: High-precision products manufactured by cutting processes enable precise spatial adjustment.
Feature 3: Compared with standard washers, metal washers will not be dented after the connected part is screwed in due to the locking, and cause the bolts to loosen.
Feature 4: Compared with standard stamped washers, metal washers increase the friction with the mounting part, which can prevent loosening.

Precautions

(1) When D ≤ 16, chamfer C is ≤ 0.2
When D ≥ 16.5, chamfer C is ≤ 0.5
(2) The metal washer is a turned product, not a stamped part.
(3) When the relative humidity of the operating environment is high and certain anti-rust ability is required, please choose products with electroless nickel plating surface treatment or stainless steel SUS3 series materials.
(4) When the operating environment requires certain abrasion resistance and hardness for metal washers, please give priority to metal washer quenched products.
