Product Features
Feature 1: There is a wide range of options for inner and outer diameters and thickness, and for the T dimension configurable type, the thickness can be specified in 0.5mm increments.
Feature 2: High-precision products made by cutting and machining can realize high-precision spatial adjustment.
Feature 3: Compared with standard washers, metal washers will not be dented after the connected part is screwed in due to the locking, and cause the bolts to loosen.
Feature 4: Compared with standard stamped washers, metal washers increase the friction with the mounting part, which can prevent loosening.

Precautions
①When D=16 or less, chamfer C is 0.2 or less.
When D=20 or more, chamfer C is 0.5 or less.
②Metal washer is a turned product, not a stamped part.
③When the relative humidity of the operating environment is high and certain anti-rust ability is required, please choose products with electroless nickel plating surface treatment or stainless steel SUS3 series materials.
④When the operating environment requires certain abrasion resistance and hardness for metal washers, please give priority to metal washer quenched products.
Example of Use
Example of using flat washers
Equipment name: Stopper mechanism with connecting rod
Purpose: Use the cylinder to extend the stopper and temporarily stop the transfer of the workpiece,
so as to adjust the gap between the two workpieces before transferring to the next process.
Feature 1: Driven by the cam mechanism and cylinder under the base.
Feature 2: Three milled profile plates are assembled by bolts, the price is low
and the parallelism between the connecting rod and the linear guide can be easily ensured.
Feature 3: When tightening, the use of metal washers and locking bolts to connect
can prevent the connected parts from being dented due to the locking and causing the bolts to loosen.
