D_H8&D_1H8 tolerance and perpendicularity are the tolerances before slotting.

It is recommended to use g6·f8 tolerances for mating shafts. Additionally, it is recommended to use an extended wrench when tightening.

E-MLSTN does not have D10 or D12 size models.

Product Features

Feature 1: same diameter perpendicular post is the most commonly used type of post.
Feature 2: Fixed with two or more bolts, providing stable and lasting clamping force.
Feature 3: According to workpiece installation requirements, to avoid interference, you can choose the same-diameter standard type, or select the same-diameter reverse type, where the insertion direction of the fastening bolt is opposite to that of the standard type.

Precautions

(1) If there are requirements for rust prevention, give priority to products with an aluminum alloy body, surface treatment of electroless nickel plating, or those made of stainless steel SUS3 series.
(2) According to the workpiece installation requirements, avoid mutual interference. When selecting the model, pay attention to the insertion direction of the fastening bolt to determine whether it is the standard type or the reverse type.
(3) The shaft hole tolerance is H8. It is recommended to use a shaft or pillar with a g6 or f8 tolerance. Click for more details
