Spur gears have a fixed center distance and long service life, making them ideal for compact and highly reliable mechanisms.
MISUMI brand ground spur gears feature high-precision tooth profiles, with accuracy grade JIS B 1702-1 Grade 8; shaft hole diameter tolerance is H8.
Characteristics of Gear Mechanisms

If there are requirements for rust prevention, give priority to products with surface treatment of electroless nickel plating or those made of stainless steel.

When used together, gears will have backlash. The gear positions need to be adjusted according to the on-site assembly conditions to achieve optimal performance.
When selecting the shaft hole specification without threads, the fixing screws are not included.
The position relationship between the keyway and the teeth is not fixed.

■ Mechanism Function
1. After the cylinder extends, the spur gear rotates and extends above the fixed rack.
After it rotates, the rack on the moving side extends.

■Function of Spur Gears
1. By clamping the pinion between the fixed rack and the moving rack, you can obtain the cylinder stroke plus the rotational circumference of the gear on the fixed rack, effectively doubling the movement distance of the cylinder stroke.
