If rust prevention is required, please give priority to products with electroless nickel plating surface treatment or made of austenitic stainless steel materials.

Since the wall thickness of the countersunk hole is only about 1.5 mm and the product has high hardness, please make sure the flange edge is fully in contact with the mounting surface before tightening the bolts. Otherwise, there is a risk of the countersunk hole cracking.

The bushing inner diameter tolerance is highly precise. If a vernier caliper is used for measurement, it may result in a smaller reading. It is recommended to use high-precision measuring instruments (such as an inside micrometer or plug gauge) for inspection.

Case Introduction: Application of Flanged Locating Pin Bushings in Fixtures
Function Description and Precautions:
The fixture plate requires positioning accuracy during operation, so bushings are used together with locating pins to ensure precise positioning.
Since the jig plate is easily impacted during operation, bushings are fixed with bolts, and counterbore machining is performed in areas with limited space.
Advantages of flange-type fixture bushings:
(1) The hardness of the bushing is slightly lower than that of the locating pin, which effectively protects the locating pin from rapid wear while ensuring positioning accuracy.
(2) The bushing is easy to replace after wear, effectively protecting the base plate or workpiece from damage.
(3) Bushings can be fixed with bolts to ensure that they do not fall off or rotate during actual operation.
(4) Compared to round flange and square flange bushings, the double-sided cut flange bushing head saves more space.
