MISUMI base brackets offer high installation accuracy. Before grooving, the inner diameter tolerance of the hole should be processed according to H8, and the parallelism between the hole and the mounting base surface should be kept below 0.05.
When used with shafts of g6 or f8 tolerance, fits perfectly without concern.
A wide variety of brackets for MISUMI base plates are available for selection.
Material: General structural steel, aluminum alloy, SUS304
Surface treatment: Black oxide film (commonly known as blackening), electroless nickel plating, natural anodizing
When fastening, it is recommended to use an extended wrench.

Precautions

1. If there are requirements for rust prevention, give priority to products with electroless nickel plating surface treatment or those made of stainless steel SUS304.
2. The H8 tolerance for D is the tolerance before slotting. After slotting, due to the release of internal stress, the hole diameter tolerance may change.
3. When tightening, it is recommended to use an extended wrench.
