The base bracket can be easily installed on conveyor lines and similar equipment. Compared to previous products, the installation area has been reduced by an average of 52%.
The base bracket without flange is an open type, so the mounting post for the instrument will not be damaged during tightening.

D_H8 tolerance and perpendicularity are those before cutting open end.

It is recommended to use g6 or f8 tolerances for mating shafts. Additionally, it is recommended to use an extended wrench when tightening.

MISUMI base brackets offer high installation accuracy. Before slotting, the inner diameter of the hole is machined to H8 tolerance, and the perpendicularity between the hole and the mounting base surface is ensured to be within 0.05.
When used with shafts with g6 or f8 tolerances, fits perfectly without any issues.
MISUMI offers a wide variety of brackets for base mounting.
Material: General structural steel, aluminum alloy, SUS304.
Surface treatment: Magnetite protective film (commonly known as black oxide), electroless nickel plating, anodizing.
It is recommended to use an extended wrench when tightening.

Usage Method

Easy to use even when the mounting plate has low strength, cannot be tapped (such as resin), or is relatively thin.

Precautions

1. If there are requirements for rust prevention, give priority to products with electroless nickel plating surface treatment or those made of stainless steel SUS304.
2. The H8 tolerance for D is the tolerance before slotting. After slotting, due to the release of internal stress, the hole diameter tolerance may change.
3. When tightening, it is recommended to use an extended wrench.

A simplified mechanism for combined lifting and rotating movements.
Clean the inside of cylindrical workpieces (thin resin) using a blower (part of the cleaning process).
The workpiece floats up, and the fixed blower above directs air into the workpiece. Directly rotates and lifts the workpiece; the blower can clean every corner of the inner wall of the workpiece.
