Threaded holes can be machined on the pillar fixing clamp for parallel installation, allowing instruments to be mounted directly onto the pillar fixing clamp.
By using the post clamp, the height, width, and angle can be adjusted to fix it in a certain position.

D = 16 is limited to standard pitch standard type (except for natural anodized finish)

D_H8 tolerance is the tolerance before slotting.

It is recommended to use g6 or f8 tolerance for mating shafts. Additionally, it is recommended to use an extended wrench when tightening.

E-SQM does not have D10 size models, E-AQM does not have D25 size models.

Post Clamp Supplied Bolts

Product Features

Feature 1: Instruments can be installed parallel to the support column.
Feature 2: Fixed with two or more bolts, providing stable and lasting clamping force.
Feature 3: MISUMI brand pillar fixing clamps achieve ultra-high locking force with high precision, securing the pillars to prevent them from rotating or coming loose.
Feature 4: If the installation conditions are strict (for example, both the top and bottom of the support pillar are fixed), it is recommended to use a detachable support pillar clamp for easier installation and maintenance.

Precautions

(1) If there are requirements for rust prevention, give priority to products with an aluminum alloy body, surface treatment of electroless nickel plating, or those made of stainless steel SUS3 series.
(2) The shaft hole tolerance is H8. It is recommended to use a shaft or pillar with g6 or f8 tolerance.
