Feature 1: The length and thread of the round post can be freely specified to accommodate different operating environments.
Feature 2: Available in 2 types of materials: general structural steel, austenitic stainless steel.
Feature 3: Available in 2 types of surface treatments: ferroferric oxide protective film (blackening), electroless nickel plating.
Feature 4: Products with surface treatment (electroless nickel plating) and material (austenitic stainless steel) for good anti-rust performance are widely used in precision equipment and dust-free environment.
Feature 5: With the main functions of connection, fastening, support and separation, it is often used in mechanisms with various frames as a connection and support component.

Precautions

①Fastening method of post
The post is generally fastened by torque method. For bolts, fasten them within the range of fastening torque, otherwise excessive torque will cause thread fracture.
②Anti-rust specification selection and maintenance.
If there are requirements for anti-corrosion performance, select products with surface treatment of electroless nickel plating or those made of austenitic stainless steel when choosing general structural steel products.
General structural steel posts without surface treatment are recommended to be stored in a constant-temperature and dry environment, and regularly applied with anti-rust oil for maintenance.

The pull-in conveyor is a space-saving type non-driving conveyor
Function: With the collaboration of the pull-in mechanism and the roller bar, the conveying function can be achieved without driving equipment, and the detection is performed with a proximity sensor, thus improving the operation efficiency of the equipment, suitable for narrow spaces with no room at the bottom and difficult for hands to reach in.

①Round post is used as a fastening connector in the mechanism to support the weight of all workpieces on the upper part and increase the stability of the mechanism.
