Product Features

Pulleys for round belts are available in fixed screw type, clamping type, and double type.
Set Screw Type Features: A type that connects to the shaft using a set screw. There are two types: U grooves and non-slip trapezoidal grooves.

Differences Between U-Shaped Grooves and Trapezoidal Grooves

The U-groove type has only one contact point with the pulley, while the trapezoidal groove has three contact points with the pulley, thus increasing the slip torque.

Clamping type feature: Simply tighten the screw to connect the shaft to the axis. No machining of the shaft is required.
Dual type features: Can be used when belts are installed in a staggered arrangement.

Feature 1: Uses round belts and pulleys, along with idler wheels, to transport thin sheets and other plate-shaped or lightweight items.
Feature 2: To prevent the round belt from bending, idler wheels are arranged at equal intervals.
Feature 3: Selects polyurethane round conveyor belts suitable for transporting lightweight items, with excellent wear and oil resistance.
Feature 4: The conveyor frame is composed of two aluminum frames and two processed parts.
Feature 5: Conveyor structure allows for both forward and reverse operation.
