Product Overview
The idler pulley for round belt is a wheel system component that plays a transitional role, it will not change the transmission relationship, the main role is to change the steering, increase the transmission distance, adjust the angle and so on.
It is used in conjunction with round belts, pulleys for round belts, etc. for lightweight object transfer, angle transfer, and other purposes.

Product Features
Features of idler for round belt
Feature 1: Idlers for round belts can be classified into standard type, threaded type and duplex type. The standard type and threaded type can also be divided into 2 types: narrow type and wide type.
Feature 2: Threaded idler is a product with threaded bearing, thus reducing the number of parts.
Feature 3: Duplex idler is suitable for use when belts are installed in a staggered pattern.
Example of Use
Example of use of a round belt conveyor for transporting light objects
Equipment name: round belt conveyor

Feature 1: Round belt, pulley and idler are combined for transporting thin plates and other lightweight items.
Feature 2: Idlers are configured at equal intervals to prevent bending of the round belt.
Feature 3: Urethane round belts with excellent wear and oil resistance are selected for transporting lightweight items.
Feature 4: The conveyor frame consists of 2 each of aluminium frames and machined parts.
Feature 5: Conveyor construction can be flipped over for forward and reverse use.
