Driving and transmission are realized through the friction fit between flat-belt pulleys and flat belts.

Feature 2: MISUMI pulleys for flat belts are available in ordinary straight type, flanged type, crowned type effectively restraining running deviation, and crosspiece groove straight type effectively preventing running deviation, and are suitable for a wide range of design requirements.
Feature 3: With urethane products available, MISUMI pulleys for flat belts are suitable for a variety of applications.
Feature 4: The shaft hole size of MISUMI pulleys for flat belts has a tolerance of H8, which meets the industry standard.

	The workpiece can be transmitted by the combined use of pulleys for flat belts, idlers for flat belts and flat belts. The idlers for flat belts can also play the role of tensioning the belt.

Precautions

①If there are requirements for rust prevention, give priority to products with surface treatment of electroless nickel plating or those made of austenitic stainless steel.

② The tolerance accuracy of Dimension T of the belt groove is 0.2mm. Please select the pulley model after confirming the width tolerance of the flat belt.
③ For hole specifications round hole + threaded hole or keyway + threaded hole, the fixing screws are not included.
