The workpiece moving on the conveyor belt rotates 90 degrees and then transfers to the next process.
The chuck mechanism rotates 180 degrees and transfers the workpiece without changing the direction of the workpiece relative to the conveying direction.

- Question: What is a timing pulley?
- Answer: It is a type of pulley that transmits rotational motion by wrapping a belt around it, and is used to transmit rotational motion accurately within machinery. Timing pulleys are used in combination with a timing belt, and the teeth of the belt mesh tightly with the grooves of the pulley, allowing power to be transmitted without slippage.
- Question: Is it necessary to adjust the alignment of timing pulleys?
- Answer: Even if the alignment of the timing pulley is correct, the timing belt has a tendency not to run in the center of the pulley but to shift to one side. Although this force is very weak, if the alignment of the timing pulley is poor, the belt may run along the edge of the pulley, pressing strongly against the guide flange. This can lead to damage or even breakage of the belt.
- Question: What is the allowable ambient temperature for timing pulleys?
- Answer: Please use the timing pulleys in normal environments within the operating temperature range of -15°C to 80°C (for aluminum: 0°C to 50°C).
