The flanged Linear Bushings integrates the linear bearing with the support, which is compact in structure and easy to assemble to the mechanism accurately and simply.

Product Feature of Linear Bushings

Linear Bushings, Linear bearing is a linear type motion guiding mechanism matched with linear guide shaft. The steel ball rolls circularly along the track groove formed by the shell and the retainer, and the linear bearing reciprocates linearly relative to the guide shaft.
Through the rolling of steel ball, high-efficiency movement with low friction resistance can be realized.

Usage Method of Linear Bushings

Product Drawings of Linear Bushings	Instructions for use of Linear Bushings
	When the Linear Bushings is under heavy load (unbalanced load), one piece of single liner type is not applicable. It is recommended to use one piece of double liner type or multiple pieces of single liner type.
	Linear Bushings is not suitable for rotating motion in structure. If you rotate forcibly, it may cause damage to the product. Please pay attention during use.
	Linear Bushings, Linear bearing is not suitable for repeated plugging and unplugging.
	When inserting the guide shaft into the linear bearing, please align the center and insert it slowly, otherwise the steel ball will fall off or the retainer will be deformed.

Precautions of Linear Bushings

■ Regular maintenance:
① Before use, please apply grease to the ball row inside the Linear Bushings, linear bearing, and then replenish it in due course. Grease forms an oil film on the surfaces of steel ball and rolling surface (guide shaft·bushing) of linear bearing, which effectively reduces friction and prevents sintering. Grease reduction and aging will greatly affect the life of linear bearing.
② Recommended grease: lithium soap grease.
③ Recommended grease filling interval: Usually every 6 months.
④When the moving distance is long, it is recommended to move once every three months or when the moving distance exceeds 1000km within the time limit, the 1000km shall prevail.
⑤ When the linear bearing is subjected to large moment load (eccentric load), one piece of single liner type is not applicable, so it is recommended to use one piece of double liner type or multiple pieces of single liner type.

■ Dust prevention measures:
If dust or foreign matter enters the inside of the Linear Bushings, linear bearing, it may damage the circulation of steel balls, resulting in unexpected failures. When used in harsh environment, please install dust cover and protection cover, etc.

■ MISUMI linear bearing is recommended to be combined with guide shaft with quenching g6 tolerance.

■ MISUMI linear bearing is recommended to be installed on the holder with H7 tolerance. The linear bearing is in clearance fit with the holder.

Question: Is there a product stamp on the linear bearing?: Answer: There is no stamp on the product body, and the product model is on the packaging box.
Question: How is linear bearing maintained regularly?: Answer: MISUMI recommends that linear bearing is regularly replenished with grease, and it is recommended to do so once every six months. Question: Comparison of antirust ability of linear bearings?: Answer: Antirust ability from strong to weak: No-Electro Nickel Plated → No Surface Treatment.
Standard grade bearing steel is easy to rust, so it is necessary to apply anti-rust oil regularly.
Question: What is the difference between the single liner type and the double liner type of linear bearing of FA?: Answer: Single liner type is one row of steel balls, and double liner type is two rows of steel balls. Generally, the length of the double liner type is more than twice that of the single liner type, and the contact area of steel balls is longer, the radial sway is smaller, and the rated load is larger.
Question: When the linear bearing and the guide shaft are used together, some are closely matched, but some have relatively large clearance. Does it affect the use?: Answer: The linear bearing and the guide shaft are in point contact and rolling fit through the circulating steel ball structure. Because of point contact and non-interference fit, it is normal to have clearance between the shaft and the bearing, which will not affect the use. The use of this structure greatly reduces the friction resistance and prolongs the service life of the workpiece.
Question: How to deal with oil leakage in the received linear bearing?: Answer: Linear bearing is coated with anti-rust oil (except for MX grease device) when leaving the factory, which has little influence on grease. It is recommended to clean it before use and apply grease after drying.
Question: Can the linear bearing rotate?: Answer: The linear bearing is not suitable for rotating motion in structure. If it is forcibly rotated, it may cause damage to the product. If rotating motion is required, please give priority to linear type rotating bushings.
