Usage Method
■ Installation method for timing belt transmission
①Turn off the power supply, remove the protective cover, loosen the motor assembly bolts, move the motor so that the belt is loose enough. The timing belt can be removed without prying. Never try to pry the belt down.
②Remove the old belt and check for abnormal wear. Excessive wear may mean that there are problems in the design or maintenance of the transmission device.
③Choose the right timing belt to replace.
④To clean the timing belt and pulley, wipe with a cloth dipped in a small amount of non-volatile liquid. Soaking in detergent or scrubbing the belt with detergent is not advisable. To remove grease, it is also undesirable to wipe with sandpaper or scratch with a sharp object. The belt must be kept dry before installation and use.
⑤Check the pulley for abnormal wear or cracks. If the wear is excessive, the pulley must be replaced.
⑥Check whether the pulley is linearly symmetrical. Linear symmetry of the pulley is essential for the operation of the timing belt, especially the timing belt transmission device.
Asymmetry of the pulley is shown as follows:

⑦Check the remaining transmission device components, such as bearings and bushings, for symmetry, durability, lubrication and other conditions.
⑧Install a new timing belt on the pulley. Never pry or use too much force.
⑨Tighten to narrow the center distance of the transmission device until the tension tester detects that the timing belt tension is appropriate. Turn the driving wheel several times with your hands. Re-test tension.
⑩Tighten the assembly timing belt of the motor and correct the torque. Since any change in the center distance of the transmission device during operation will result in poor belt performance, it is important to ensure that all transmission components have been tightened.
⑪Start the device and observe the timing belt performance to see if there is abnormal vibration, and listen carefully if there is abnormal noise. It is best to turn off the machine and check the conditions of the bearing and motor.
Precautions
① Do not bend the timing belt by force.
It is strictly forbidden to bend the belt, which easily causes breakage
② Do not use in direct contact with water, solvent, oil, acid, alkali, UV, ozone, etc.

③ Please timing belt avoid using or keeping at extreme high or low temperatures beyond the operating temperature range, or in humid environments.

⑤ When there may be impurities, be sure to set the guard.

Answer: Alteration cannot be made to the circumference of the timing belt, and partial alteration can be made to the width.
