Flat Hinges,This series of products are butterfly hinges for heavy objects, which can reach an allowable load of up to 1000N depending on the dimensions (the value when using 2 pcs). The flat head bolt type and the ultra-low head bolt type have the same product specifications, only the mounting holes are different. Please refer to the Specification Table for details.
Butterfly Flat Hinges can't increase the allowable load by adding more products. On the contrary, during installation, it is easy to cause eccentric load due to the fact that three center axes can not be on the same horizontal line at the sametime.

- Question: What is the difference between flat head bolt type hinges and ultra-low head bolt type hinges?
- Answer: The bolts that can be used to match the two processing methods are different. Ordinary flat-head bolts are normally countersunk. Please refer to the specification table on the previous page for dimensions of through holes and plate openings. Ultra-low head bolts are suitable for special screws.
- Question: Is there a thread inside the hinge? Can the screw be fixed directly?
- Answer: The hinge opening of this series of products is of tapered hole+through hole structure, and the hinge itself cannot be fixed with screws. If the products are fixed on the products that cannot be fixed with screws, please tighten and fix them with nuts matching the screws.
