- Question: What are the effects of bolts with different head shapes on hinge opening and closing?
- Answer: Depending on the height of the bolt head, the exposed height of the bolt may be too high when the hinge is at 0°, which will lead to the failure of the hinge to open and close from 180° to 0°. For the specific calculation, you may refer to the E value in the specification table, which is the value of the circumferential radius. If the hinge needs to reach 0°, the total height of the exposed part must be less than the E value.
- Question: Is there a thread inside the hinge? Can the screw be fixed directly?
- Answer: The hinge opening of this series of products is of tapered hole+through hole structure, and the hinge itself cannot be fixed with screws. If the products are fixed on the products that cannot be fixed with screws, please tighten and fix them with nuts matching the screws.
