(1) The economical polyurethane roller uses ether-based polyurethane, which is resistant to hydrolysis and has lower environmental requirements. However, since the bearing position is made of SUJ2 material, rust prevention is still necessary.
(2) Please refer to the actual product for material color.
(3) The (dh) dimension is for reference only, as the core material is extruded tubing and is not machined. For reference dimensions only.
(4) For dimensions on the drawing without specified tolerances, general tolerances (medium grade) are applied.

Question: Is there a big difference in hardness and wear resistance between economy series urethane rollers and existing products from MISUMI?
Answer: The urethane liner of the economy series urethane roller does not use hardener to adjust the hardness, and instead the raw materials of corresponding hardness are purchased directly. The results of the laboratory test show that the hardness stability is good and the deviation is small, and the wear resistance is almost the same as that of MISUMI existing products.
Question: Urethane (natural color) has a very big color difference, does it affect the use? Is it possible to unify the color?
Answer: Since urethane (natural color) itself has the characteristics of yellowing, there will be different color differences, and the color can not be unified.
But it does not affect its own performance and normal use. If you really care about the color, it is recommended to buy economy series urethane roller, and change the natural color yellowing phenomenon through coloring.
Question: Can urethane be wiped with alcohol?
Answer: Yes, only a small amount of alcohol can be applied for wiping.
Urethane is a chemical resistant material, susceptible to corrosion. It can be dried or placed naturally after applying a small amount of alcohol. Other highly corrosive chemicals can not be applied even in small amounts.
Question: With the rise of the hardness of urethane, does the friction rise?
Answer: No, urethane is an elastomer, and the lower the hardness, the higher the friction.
Question: If there is a large axial load in the scenario of use, which urethane roller product should be selected?
Answer: There are urethane sintered bearing roller and urethane bonded bearing roller. If the axial load is large or the working condition is bad, the urethane bonded bearing roller may be degummed. If you have higher requirements for urethane adhesion, please choose Sintered Urethane Roller.
