1. The surface of the profile is covered with a protective film, and there may be a small amount of aluminum scraps remaining in the adhesive relationship. It is not a quality problem. After the film is removed, the aluminum scraps will also be completely removed.
2. Economy series aluminum frames and MISUMI have Japanese standard aluminum profile accessories that are not common. It is recommended to use economical European standard accessories.
MISUMI Economy series aluminum frames different from MISUMI exisisting frames in section shapes, so they can only be used with Economy series specific accessories.

Question: Can aluminum alloy profiles be cut to a specified length? What is the cutting precision?: Answer: Any length between 50 and 6000(mm) can be specified (Can be specified down to 0.5mm increments) for cutting, and the cutting tolerance is within ±0.5mm.
Question: What is the difference between the pre-mounted nut and post-mounted nut?: Answer: To install the nut first, you need to install it from the end of the profile first, and then fix it with an external screw. The post-mounted nut can be placed in the profile groove from the groove surface and fixed in conjunction with other accessories. Suitable for use when adding accessories to the profile.
